Cleo Cheung Goodman joined OTPP in 2011 and has been based in the London office since 2013. She is responsible for origination, execution and management of direct private equity investments in Financial Services across Europe. She has led a number of transactions including the buyouts of 7IM (pending), Diot Siaci, Memora and the sale of Burton’s Biscuits and Helly Hansen. Cleo currently serves on the boards of Home Equity Bank, Lowell and 7IM (pending).

Prior to joining Ontario Teachers’, Cleo worked in investment banking where she was in the mergers and acquisitions team at CIBC Capital Markets. She earned a B.Comm. (Honours) from Queen’s University.
