Appointment notice – Charley Butler

Ron Mock, President and CEO, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (Teachers'), is pleased to announce the appointment of Charley Butler to the position of Vice‐President, Member Experience & Innovation. Ms. Butler reports to Tracy Abel, Senior Vice‐ President, Member Services.

Ms. Butler is responsible for all aspects of service delivery to Teachers' members, including defining and managing service levels while ensuring compliance with all governing legislation, policies and standards. Ms. Butler has more than 15 years of experience in client services operational management, business transformation and strategy, and holds an LLB from the University of East London, U.K.

With $154.5 billion in net assets as at December 31, 2014, Teachers' is the largest single‐profession pension plan in Canada. An independent organization, it invests the pension fund's assets and administers the pensions of 311,000 active and retired Ontario teachers.
