Bjarne Graven Larsen, Executive Vice-President and Chief Investment Officer, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (Ontario Teachers') is pleased to announce the promotion of Jonathan Hausman to Managing Director and Head of Global Strategic Relationships, Nicole Musicco to Senior Managing Director, Public Equities, and Jo Taylor to Senior Managing Director, International. Mr. Hausman, Ms. Musicco and Mr. Taylor report to Mr. Graven Larsen.
Mr. Hausman joined Ontario Teachers' in 2004 and will lead the newly created Global Strategic Relationships department, which is responsible for developing and cultivating investment relationships around the world. In this role, Mr. Hausman will work across asset classes and in all global regions to strengthen existing relationships and build new ones. Mr. Hausman was previously responsible for the Fund's global hedge fund portfolio, as well as its internal global macro and systematic trading strategies. He holds a BA (Hons.) from McGill University, an MSc. (Econ.) from the London School of Economics, and an MPA from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
Ms. Musicco joined Ontario Teachers' in 2002. She was most recently the Regional Managing Director of the Hong Kong office. In her new role as Senior Managing Director, Public Equities, Ms. Musicco will assume responsibility for Ontario Teachers' Public Equities portfolio, comprising internally managed portfolios, Relationship Investing and external managers that are used primarily to broaden geographic scope. Ms. Musicco holds an MBA and an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, and a BSc. in Kinesiology from Western University.
Mr. Taylor joined Ontario Teachers' in 2012 and is based in London, U.K. He heads the EMEA regional office, and has assumed expanded oversight responsibilities for Ontario Teachers' international operations in London and Hong Kong. Mr. Taylor holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a BA (Honours) from London University.
