Ontario Teachers’ completes sale of Copenhagen airport stake

Copenhagen, 10 April 2025 – Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (Ontario Teachers’) has completed the sale of its ownership interest in Copenhagen Airports A/S (CPH) to co-shareholder and Danish investor Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension (ATP), following receipt of the necessary regulatory clearances. This marks the completion of Ontario Teachers’ 14-year investment in CPH, during which time significant investments totalling almost DKK 18 billion were made to modernise and expand CPH.
