For four consecutive years, we have supported employees around the globe to give back through coordinated volunteer initiatives and an employee-led donation program. Learn more about how our volunteerism initiatives and employee-led giving program continued to grow.

Our commitment to giving back
Through OTPP Cares, our employee-led giving program, employees are empowered to support causes that matter most to them. In 2025, approximately 67% of employees donated $730,000 to more than 485 local and global causes across 17 countries during our annual giving campaign. In addition, more than 500 employee volunteers dedicated their time at local organizations and community initiatives.
From sorting food at a food bank in Toronto, to renovating a park for children in London, to planting trees in Mumbai, employees across our global offices made a meaningful difference in their communities.

Community impact highlights
Education & youth:
Packed more than 1,000+ backpacks for children in Indigenous and underserved communities; created 1,000+ handmade cards offering words of encouragement
Food security:
Sorted and distributed 10,000 pounds of food, supporting thousands of meals across numerous office locations.
Housing & essential goods:
Assembled 96 furniture items and prepared 60 children’s bedding kits, supporting over 100 families transitioning out of homelessness or displacement.
Healthy communities & environment:
Refurbished playgrounds serving over 30 local children in London, removed 22lbs of waste from a beach in Singapore and planted 435 native trees and shrubs to support watershed restoration in Toronto.
Global action:
From tree planting in Mumbai to serving meals in a soup kitchen in Dallas, employees supported communities across our global footprint.
