Chief People Officer
Beth Tyndall is responsible for Ontario Teachers' People & Culture function across its global network of offices. Since joining Ontario Teachers’ in 2017, Beth and her team have transformed the advisory and operational capabilities of the People & Culture function and reimagined the organization’s approach to talent, wellbeing, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), culture and leadership.
Before joining Ontario Teachers', Beth spent more than a decade at Deloitte, where she held various roles including National Talent Leader for the Audit, Tax and Consulting practices. Prior to her time at Deloitte, she worked for many years in the technology sector.
Beth has a proven track record in talent strategy design and execution, DE&I, mergers and acquisitions, leadership development, strategic change, performance management, compensation and culture change.
Beth holds a B.A. in Psychology from Western University, as well as the Institute of Corporate Directors designation (ICD.D) and the Global Competent Boards (GCB.D) designation in ESG. She is an active member of the community and is a board member at the Mental Health Commission of Canada. She is also on the Board of Directors for Cadillac Fairview and Amica Senior Lifestyles, two of Ontario Teachers’ portfolio companies.
