Diana Yao joined Teachers’ Venture Growth (TVG) in 2022 as a Principal based in SF, where she is focused on technology investments in North America. Prior to joining TVG, Diana worked at a growth-stage VC in Menlo Park and executed on investments in Vertical SaaS, Digital Health and Fintech. Diana started her career in risk consulting at KPMG and later spent 4 years in investment banking at Stifel, responsible for technology M&A and capital raise transactions.

She holds a joint degree of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from University of California, Los Angeles.
