Shannon Bailey joined TVG in 2023 and is a Principal in our Toronto office, where she focuses on portfolio value creation. Prior to joining TVG, Shannon was an early employee at Properly, a Canadian proptech startup that was acquired by Compass in 2023. In her role as Senior Strategy and Business Operations Lead, she was responsible for key strategic initiatives across new market expansion, service and product research and development, and strategic planning. Before joining Properly, Shannon was a management consultant at Oliver Wyman, where she worked on strategy projects across a number of sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from Queen’s University.
